I'm wondering how you guys are installing. Are you all using an external optical drive, or is there some way to create a bootable usb stick with windows 7 on it?

The easiest way I've found that works is to download the .iso and use something to unpack the files (e.g. Winrar) and copy them over to a flash drive and boot from it. I used winrar and unpacked all the files to a folder, and then copied all the files onto my 4gb Kingston flash drive. Once it finished I plugged it in and it booted right into the installer. Just be sure to use a bootable usb drive. Hope this helps!
