I wanted to install any linux onto my One but it seems that still the only one with full compatability is still linpus.
But i tried to create a bootable device using the recovery disc but it deleted the partition table of one of my hard drives, so is there any other way to create a usb to install linpus.

You could repeat the process on your other PC but disconnect the hard drives inside to prevent this happening again, or you could run the process inside a virtual machine, using something like VMPlayer. The latter will probably take more time if you haven't got that set up then simply unplugging the hard drives.

    Cheers.
