install windows 7 over vista ?

    hello i have just received my Acer Aspire 5536/5236 laptop with Vista and i want to install windows 7 but i cannot seem to get my dvd to work,i have tried f11 and f10 but no luck,does anyone know what key to press please to boot from dvd?

    If you're using a usb dvd drive alter your boot options in the bios to usb cd (F2)

    or

    (F12) from boot screen

    If using usb flash drive check the Win7 section on this site, for the 'how to's' that have been found to work.
