Trying to install XP in V.Box using USB stick

Used "ImgBurn" & I managed to create the XP ISO on a CD, then used "USB_Multiboot_10" to install it on a 2GB Usb stick.

Now in V.Box's I can find the stick & XP's Setup.exe file which when clicked opens the usual XP installation blue menu but when I click on"install XP" nothing happens, just stays there staring at me.

    Any help will be appreciated.

All you need to do is firstly you need to burn the ISO file through ISO buster or ISO file reader than you need to copy that extracted file into bootable flash drive or you can say pendrive , than at the time od installation all you need to plug the pendrive and you can than install the XP through bios setting .
