Installing a newer version help

    Yes i just bought my ONE today and i love it omg i work in nuclear security and i have been bring my dell xps to work everyday for the past year and it just got too heavy i mean my god its almost 12 pounds and i got this little guy and its great but i have one thing i hate reg. xp home and i have a xp pro lite version and its on a disk and i have no external cd rom drive and i dont plain on buying one cause i never use it anyways and the question i have for youll folks is how can i put that disk and extract it on a thumb drive so i can load up the xp pro lite on here and get this slow running windows off cause this version i got is a cut and dry version no frills no windows media player and stupid stuff that you dont need any help will be appreciated and thank you in a advance
