Installing Opera brower linux error not firefox

    When installing Opera 9.6 or 9.62 on linux, the plug in wrapper does not intall. When i try and open the plug in wrapper as an executable file it wont open and gives me error message saying that Nautilus file system is not running. Since linux is using the Thunar file system confused why the install process looking for Nautilus and creating error. Can anyone provide simple direction oh how to install Opera on linux linpus with plugins like flash player without any conflict?
