I have my regular power supply that came with my netbook, but I also have a power supply from another Acer. The voltage output is the same, but the amperage is higher. Can I use the other PS with my netbook? It would certainly be nice to have one that stays on my desk and one that just travels with me...

    thanks...

As long as connector is the same I do not see any problems. Remember only to check twice positive and negative on the plug it self. In term of amperage - it can not be lower then original PSU. Acer will take only what it needs - I think original one is 2A so any above that will do the job just fine...
