Interesting Memory addition using Windows 7

    I am dual booting XP and Windows 7. Whenever I plug in a memory card into the slots, I get the usual interface asking what I want to do... but a new item is added.... "Speed up Computer by using this as memory". So it looks like it sets aside part of this memory for RAM. More testing will be needed.

    I dont see this option under XP.

    That thread is fine and dandy, but unless you were looking at Windows 7 already you may not be aware of the topic. But thanks for the link.

    That's READYBOOST.... the feature was already introduced in Windows VISTA. ;)
