internal 3G modem -NO Network problem

    Guys,

    Can someone help me with this? Globetrotter says Radio OFF and also that my SIM card is not inserted......

    Please help

    In my case the guy at radio shack put my SIM card in backwards and I hadn't pushed the button to turn on the 3G radio.

    Make sure the cut side went in the unit first and that you have pushed the radio button to the left to light up the 3G.
