Internal Bluetooth mod advice

As I am going to do the solderless touch screen mod and will end up with a couple available usb connections, I would like to add internal bluetooth while the case is open. Can you tell me if the following module from Ebay will work? If not, what to use (without soldering please)?

As you have USB signals available I would use one of ready made mini USB dongles. It's easier as you do need to adapt anything - just straight forward soldering...

 

Cirago makes a super small usb bluetooth you could take apart. To boot, it works under windows and OSX without having to install any drivers. Bonus!

You can get it on Amazon for $20, but I'm sure if you scoured eBay you could find it for less.
