Internet Connection problem and others......

    I have Acer Aspire 3020 With Windows XP SP2 but my internet isn't going right and Wi-fi to.So I plug in Internet cable the icon that cable is unplugged in disapears
    but the internet isn't working and cable is working because I plugged it in my PC AND IT WORKS! I tried Wi-fi but my Acer shows that there isn't any wireless networks in range but there is! And software is installed correctly firewall is disabled and all other things like Anti Virus is disabled too. Few weeks ago there weren't any problems but now.... Plus there isn't glowing bluetooth button and Wi-Fi button i tried to turn them on and off but it isn't just working.
    Then I wanted to Reinstall my LapTop but my Acer Doesn't recognize my boot disc like PC does and I don't want to go specialist because I reinstalld my PC many times I fixed problems many times bu can't Fix this problem with my Laptop!!!!!! Please Help!!!!
