Invertor from Maplin?

    The charger on eBay for the one looks a bit suspect - and another user mentioned concerns about the voltage it kicks out and the voltage the one's charger delivers.

    So... could I use a mini invertor? - I see this is 75w, so should be suitable:

    What does everyone think?

    (With the added benefit of the invertor being far more universal than a simple charger for the acer!)

    I have a similar one (80W) and it works absolutely fine with my AA1 and my AA5920.
    Just make sure you plug it directly into the cigarette lighter socket. Don't use any other adapters at the same time (like 3-1 adapters), as they usually have a very thin lead and won't handle the current, so your inverter won't work.
