IS CPU SOLDERED?

    I have an Acer Aspire One AO751h with an Intel Atom CPU Z520 @ 1.33 Ghz.
    The motherboard is an Acer JV11-ML.
    I would like to upgrade the CPU to something faster, such as the Intel Atom Z560.
    Can anyone advise me wether or not the Z520 is soldered to the motherboard?

    I bet the processor is soldered to the mainboard like it is soldered in all netbooks.
