Is it safe to remove battery during work? Ubuntu hiberntion.

    I did hibernate in Ubuntu, had blank screen on my AAO D150 and then some info about connection. Power button lit red, but not blinking. And then it died. Pressing power for much time brought no result, so I removed battery for some time. Could it cause me troubles with hardware? :cry: Now all seems to work fine...
