is there any file manager in Linux ?

    like the one Windows Explorer to access file systems, including the user, those application files

    coz in 'my file', those application (tmp, user...) can't be shown,

    On the menu in 'My Files' (the application is in fact the Thunar file manager), select View then Side Pane, and change this to Tree. Then you can browse the whole File System.

    Be aware, though, that unlike in Windows you will not have the automatic right to delete or modify files outside your home directory: this is part of Linux security. Many files are owned by 'root' rather than 'user'.

    If you want to risk trashing your system, you can run Thunar as root by doing alt-F2 to open a command line, and typing 'sudo thunar'. Any damage you do from there is your problem!

    You can also use any webbrowser as a local filebrowser: just put a " / " in the addressbar.
