Is there anyway to improve this?

    Hi.
    Im just trying my new Acer Aspire 8.9" 160GB netbook and I was wondering, are there any hacks/mods to improve wireless connection signal strenth?
    Just yesterday, I compared the signal directly beside an Asus EEEPC 1000H, and on the same connection, the Asus connected really quick and the signal strenth was higher by a bar. Mine on the other hand, had trouble connecting, if at all.

    So Im hoping to find away to boost the Wifi card?? Thx

    What driver is installed for the Atheros WiFi?

    It lists:

    Atheros for Acer Driver v7.6.0.224_Foxconn Installation Program

    also the:

    REALTEK GbE & FE Ethernet PCI-E NIC Driver

    Is there software to upgrade from these?
