Jonl Lewis Warranty Question

    I have the Aspire One XP model bought from JL with a two year warranty and have afew problems with it. I emailed them to ask what the procedure was, and they said to take it in to the Service Desk where they would check it. Does anyone know if they do any repairs or modifications themselves, or do they have to send it back to Acer? Thanks.
