KDE4.2 is now out for Mandriva

    Check the README. If it works as well as 4.2 in Kubuntu, your AA1 will surely feel a lot faster and more powerful!

    Excellent, i will have to read a little bit about the changes, but as long as there is nothing realy malfunctioning i think i will try this out.

    There is a more complete explanation on the installation steps here. I have now reset the background to mandriva's supplied background, and only had to remove one applet from the taskbar. Everything else just works (haven't tried bluetooth yet too).
