Keyboard and touchpad not repsonding

    My AAO froze during a Live Update, when it restarted both the keyboard and touchpad are completely unresponsive. Any ideas as to what I can do? It was working fine prior to the live update.

    Can you get into bios while the laptop is booting up? Press F2. If so, then it's just a problem with your windows config/drivers.
