just acquired my aceraspireone 532h-2807. Im having difficulty using the numerical keys when I want to use the symbols, for example the @ symbol. How do you access black to green symbols?

Towards the bottom-left of your keyboard is a button labelled "Fn". Hold this key while tapping the "NumLk" key towards the top-right of your keyboard. This will turn numlock on and enable access to the numeric keypad, do the same to turn it back off and get access to the letters again.
