KEYBOARD & MOUSE UNRESPONSIVE!

    My ACER ONE D250 starts up, but then the keyboard and mouse freeze. Acer tech support is of no help. Any suggestions?

    Can you try run your Acer of any Live USB Linux?? If keyboard works there it's not a hardware issue but software/drivers related problem. If it does not - you have a bigger problem...
