This might be a silly question but after reloading linpus, keyboard appears to have reverted to US layout i.e; @ is transposed with "
which is irritating when typing email addresses. Where do I Change this to Uk?

    There is a file

    /etc/X11/xorg.conf

    with this line:

    Option "XkbLayout" "us"

Change us to gb ( not uk )

To do that, in a terminal do:

    sudo mousepad /etc/X11/xorg.conf

    HTH, --Japser.

Thanks for that japser, have done this in mousepad and saved the changes but they aren't retained on rebooting.

Have also noticed on a friends ZG5 the settings are; "gb, us(euro)" on mine they are "us" with varient set to"euro"

How do I save the change to gb. Have tried doing find and replace, this seems to change 7 items from us to gb. but the machine displayed a blue screen with various errors on rebooting so had to reload linpus.
