    What are the keys:
    * AltGr,
    and
    * the key between the AltGr and Ctrl

    and what do they do?

    the one between alt CAR and ctrl is the equivalent of right click in Windows.

    not sure where you see alt GR, what kind of keyboard do you have?

    it should be much like the Alt Car on my CAN keyboard, it's for alternate characters. It should serve as just an ALT key normally since you don't appear to have any special characters on the keyboard for it to become in office applications.
