Known working ram?

Hi, I wanted to start a thread for people who are looking into upgrading to 2GB ram. Please post the module that you purchased (mfg and model # if you have it), and where you got it from. If you encountered problems with any ram that you upgraded with, maybe you can post that information as well (ie: freezing).
