Lan not working in OSX

    I just got my machine to triple boot Win7 Xp and OSX 10.5.6, Thanks to the guides here. Works great.
    One problem I have is my Lan card not working In OSX, it seems to see it under devices but I cannot connect to the internet via home network.

    Any ideas

    I just did a reboot and it seems to work with the cable plugged in prior to booting.
    Any fix to avoid this.
