language bar and icons auto arrange

    ok EVERY time i start up my system seems to reset some things, the language bar down on the toolbar will always come back after i disable it, and my icons on my desktop will set back to auto arrange.

    any idea why?

    For the language bar, right click and choose setting. then remove all languages but the one you're using, this should make it go away "for good".
