Laptop keeps shutting down

    Hi,
    I have a Huawei Matebook pro running windows 11.
    Today, it has just shut off...and done this 4 times today. It also did it once yesterday.
    Its plugged in and battery is full.

    The screen just goes black, and i have to press the start button and go through boot up all over again.
    Is it overheating.
    Is it a virus thats making the processor do loads of dummy ops and overheat.
    How can i tell?
    I can hear the fan going round even though i am just doing excel spreadsheet work.
