    I wonder how many users will attempt to flash their BIOS without knowing what is this new BIOS, what are the differences with the previous version and what it fixes... :D

    I believe its a windows 7 activation crack put into the bios itself... I think ill pass on this one ;)

    SLIC is essentially a piece of code injected into the BIOS. Windows operating systems read this code and can then basically say "okay, your computer was made by X Company who have bought a license from us, your windows is now activated".

    Injecting the SLIC code into a non SLIC BIOS is one method of bypassing Windows Activation. There are far better ways to do so.

    SLIC injection or emulation is usually used for piracy. If that's the way this thread goes, it'll be locked / deleted.
