Latitude 3390 power on ( screen is black) for few seconds

    Latitude 3390 power light and keyboard backlight turns on as I press the power button but screen stays off and after three seconds everything shuts off. The screen don’t light up…I don’t see the dell logo..it stays black. Any ideas?
