Linpus and Gnomesword2

I am trying to add the bible software package called Gnomesword2. I use the advanced menu to install and the icon shows up in the drop down box under accessories, however, when I click on the icon nothing happens. Any ideas? Has anyone been able to make this package work on Linpus. I had gone to Ubuntu on the Aspire One, but found the many small items that were not working, not worth the transition. So reformated and back on Linpus but still needing to get the Gnomesword2 program working. Any and all help greatly appreciated :)
