Linpus Calendar

Just got one of these lovely little bits of kit and trawling through the forums to get it doing things I need.

One thing that I cant find out much about is the Calendar. I need to be able to set up repeat events, but then save as individual instances. As far as I can tell - once you save a repeat event, it changes all instances of this.

Another thing I would like to change if possible is the fact that everything has to start either on the hour or half past - is there a setting to allow other times in here?

Just to give you the background on why I am attempting this - I am a teacher and I want to have my classes recurring until the end of the year (done) but I also want to be able to go back and see what I planned to do in previous lessons.
