Finally I obtained my Linpus Gnome desktop that I like much more than Xfce.
I should thank all people posting in various forums and blogs to arrive to the result that I wanted.....

First of all, I used the script to obtain the Xfce advanced desktop, then I removed some conflicts and dependencies , then I installed nautilus and gnome-desktop , and finally I removed the autologin . Now I have a gdm where to insert user and password and where i can choose beetween Gnome and Xfce.

Ok, I try to explain better how I obtained this result.

    1) I used the script found in this forum to change the acer desktop to the traditional xfce desktop.
(custon desktop script , thanks to k0ro )

    2) I recduced the conflicts and dependencies probloems connected with fedora and linpus repositories mixed
    ( http://macles.blogspot.com/ thanks to macles)

    3) I installed gnome-desktop and nautilus with add/remove (pirut)

    4) I disabled autologin
    ( http://jorge.ulver.no/2008/08/06/acer-a ... nd-tricks/ ths to jorge )

    5) Done, now when you reboot you have to insert use and password and you can choose between xfce or gnome session)

    6) OPTIONAL the theme and theme icon on my desktop is the oxygene theme found on gnome-look site

why bother adding gnome to linpus when you can isntall other distros that came with gnome.

for example, you can replace Acer Linpus with mandriva one 2009 gnome, everything works or Fedora 10.

There's so much breakstuff with Linpus, but if you insist, are you sure you have followed macles' instructions about resolving deps?
