Hi all, there seems to be a new live CD edition of Linpus on their main archive... [URL]http://ftp.twaren.net/Linux/Linpus/Acer_Notebook_Live_CD/[/URL] But after burning a CD, it doesn't seem to work, as it's only a 91mb file, would someone with more linux knowledge have a go at it and tell me where I'm going wrong? The boot/installation seems to hang after trying to remount the file system as read/write, obviously something you cant do on a cd. There also seems to be an update to Linpus Lite here... [URL]http://ftp.twaren.net/Linux/Linpus/Acer_Linpus_Linux/[/URL] It's 1.1gb, but after burning to DVD and trying an install on another partition, all I managed to do was stop my original Linpus from booting, so I'm back on UbuntuNR for the time being. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be most grateful.
