Hi I'm using Linux lite and new to it.
I was exploring my netbook in the bios menu and found how to prompt for a password when it boots up. I added a password and enabled. However it does not accept the password which I created when the netbook boots, the bios menu is also prompts for password. (I think i'm using the rightr term ie menu you get when hitting F2 on boot up) Please help!!

There is some kind of error with the BIOS. Turn on your CAPS and type in your password in uppercase. It should work.

tried caps lock and that's no help. the password that i set was 10 characters long 6letters & then 4 numbers. I've tried diff combinations as linux only seems to accept 9 characters! :(
