Live Update failed

    Just the first time I executed the Live Update, It ended succesfully, but since then, all the attempts to execute it stops with a Message:
    "Live Update failed, Do you want to try it again" and if I select "yest" from the prompt again results in the same error message
    Some other times, the message is:
    "Incorrect Information file "Please re-run live update again to fix the problem."
    and again no matter how many times live update is re-run, the message is the same.

    Or all these is normal when there are nothing to update?

    I appreciate in advance your help.

    did you need to setup proxy server to browse web ?
