Loads of problems with my new AAO150... please help!

    errrr... haven't tried it just yet. How would I do that as the AAO just picks up my local printer when I plug it in or I installed via another program something like pipslite via a download site yesterday and that was already set up for DX6000. My that sounds confusing.

    Oh I still have the VCL program from yesterday too.

    You could download and install this rpm install it then reinstall your printer.
    http://hany.sk/mirror/fedora/updates/8/x86_64.newkey/gutenprint-5.0.2-1.fc8.i386.rpm

    Double click on the rpm file to install it.


    To reinstall the printer plug in your printer and go from the Desktop to the Settings > Printing icon.
    Click on New Printer then follow the wizard select Epson Stylus CX6000. and complete the wizard.
    The gutenprint-5.02.1.fc8.i386.rpm file contains later drivers.

    Lovely... both scanner and printer are now working lovely!!! Thanks so much!

    2 problems done... it's been a productive evening! Just the rest to sort now... he he.
