Loud click sound

    Happens once in a blue moon, but it bugs me. Not sure if its dust in the fan or the HDD, which would be a bad sign. It kinda sounds like when the HDD turns off, but mine is set to stay on. Wondering if anyone else gets that click now and then? Like I said its not doing it often. I heard it just now for the first time in 5 or 6 days.

    i am very sorry to say that i donnot have the same experience. but i believe that impossible is nothing.

    The netbook HDD does click now and then. The free A1ctl fan control software disables it, if it becomes too irritating. I've been using the little app for a year now - handy for several features, and there are several discussions of it in this forum.
