Mac OS X on AOD250 - occasional lag.

    Video of the issue in action. The issue is not present in the original video. This also happens with more than just video watching, although this is where the issue is the most noticeable.

    Occasionally, while using OS X (10.6.8) on my netbook, things will seem to freeze up for a second or two before returning to normal.

    I'm really wondering if this is due to my webcam issues (as posted in the AAO forum), or something else. I can't seem to catch anything with Activity Monitor open, either, which makes this even more puzzling...

    Any suggestions as to what might be going on?

    e: Wow, just after posting this I noticed there was a spike in CPU usage... but I didn't manage to catch what caused it. Hm.
