memory upgrade

    hey guys.
    I have an acer D257-1633 with 1 gig of ram and windows starter 7.
    I want to upgrade to 2 gig ram. Is this possible with windows 7 starter or do I have to upgrade to a new os?

    Yes, Windows 7 Starter supports 2 GIGS of memory. You will need to upgrade to Home Premium to go to 4 GIGs however,.
