I just tested my new AA1 with v2.11 (also two prior versions).
The AA1 sports the Intel Atom N270 CPU and DDR2 533 SDRAM.
    The BIOS is v3309.
The test results, in part, are:

    Memtest86+v2.11 :
    Atom (0.045) 1596 MHz :
    L1 Cache: 24K 6234 MB/s :
    L2 Cache: 512K 3669 MB/s :
    L3 Cache: None :
    Memory : 1012M 1659 MB/s :
    Chipset : Intel i945GME (ECC : Disabled) - FSB : 133 MHz - Type : DDR-II
    Settings: RAM : 221 MHZ (DDR443) / CAS : 4-4-4-12 / Single Channel (64 bits)

The L1 cache seems to be of a different sort (i checked the Intel documentation) and therefore only registers 24K.
The RAM seems to be running at a clocked down rate of 433 vs. 533.

Am I reading this correctly or do I need to brush up on my tech knowledge, or is there something wrong with the Memtest software?
Does anyone have any input on this?
I also ran this post on the Memtest86+ forum.
