Hey guys, I just found Micro XP, and decided to load that up on my laptop, since I used to have XP, but wiped it off to install Linux. any advice on this uXP? can I install via flash drive, so I don't have to waste a CD on an 85MB file?

    Hello,

I actually thought installing MicroXP, but I got afraid of a OS that just have 85MB... Probably the person who did this version slipped down toooo much, so I will not dare. But if you give a shot, please post your experience here!

    Good luck!

tried it out... and decided its not for me. Wi-Fi and audio didn't work.. I'm going back to a full linux install, and will consider microXP in a virtual desktop environment.. I guess I could find the required drivers through linux, and transfer them over to XP, and install from there... Anyway, microXP is just way too basic for my personal tastes. I prefer themes, and at least SOME games with my OS.
