Mini Pcie to sata + wireless mod?

Hi, I dont really want to solder on the sata connections to my ssd acer one - and I saw this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Mini-PCI-e-PC...460470800?pt=UK_Computing_CablesConnectors_RL Would this give me a bootable 2.5in sata drive? as for the wireless I could run that off the usb bus of the adaptor?

I'm really thinking about buying that but it would be a shame if it does not work!
