Hi, I have a mini usb bluetooth dongle that I bought for my Acer Aspire One, but unfortunately when I bought it I didn't realized the driver was not compatible with the Acer Aspire One Linux system. It was specifically for Win XP, etc. Do you know where I can download the correct driver to use with? I also have a Softgate USB wireless lan/router that I don't have drivers for and was wondering if I could also use on my Acer. thanks. :?:

    Hello,
For the Bluetooth dongle you need to see this topic by Linker3000. It is not as difficult as it looks. After all, I managed to get mine working.
As for the USB router, if you can connect to it wirelessly, I would just do that. USB routers, even with the correct drivers, eat up processor time and are very inefficient. Usually, ethernet routers work straightaway and do not need drivers. I would be very surprised if there is any sort of Linux driver around for your device (but I could be wrong). Give your favourite search engine a try.
    Cheers
