missing toolbar

    my son has done something to my daughters acer and u cannot access the bottom tool bar to shutdown or go on the internet please help :idea:

    Have you tried pressing CTRL+ESC or the Windows Key? That should bring up your start
    menu, even if the taskbar has been shoved to the bottom of the screen. If you can
    get to [Settings], then Taskbar and Start Menu, you can probably find a way to
    get it back, then. If you take off "Lock the Taskbar" then you SHOULD see something
    at the bottom of the screen to drag the size back up again.

    To be clear, if the Task Bar tick boxes are empty next to Lock and AutoHide, you can move the cursor down to the bottom of the screen and see it turn into an arrow - that arrow is at the top of the hidden Task Bar - left-click and drag the Task Bar up to its normal size.
