More Wifi fun and games here.

Now I have a suspicion (and perhaps hope) i'm doing something really stupid here.

I have run through the guide to install Wifi drivers, and wifi is showing as a working interface in ifconfig and NM applet.

So far so good... however.... it's not actually detecting any wireless networks at all even though I know there are at least 5 working ones within range. "Wireless Networks" appers on the list but with no networks to select.

Has anyone had this issue before? If so then what could I be doing wrong?

Any info you require, just ask.

    Many Thanks

Did you try recompiling the driver. I had that issue once and that seemed to do the trick.

    Fixed it.

I had to re-enable the drivers in System - Administration - Hardware Drivers.

    All good now.

Just need to get the audio working and i'm away.

    Cheers
