Mouse Jump/Lag ¤PLEASE HELP!¤

[b]HEY![/b] My Aspire One D250, was buyed with Windows XP. Then when i got it, i removed Windows XP because i want a clean installation of Windows 7. But Windows 7 was f***** up, so i installed Windows XP again(actually TinyXP). But now, everytime i open programs, the mouse starts to jump/lag HELL ALOT! And sometimes its just lags without opening anything! + the boot time is soooooooooooo f****** long, and when i had Windows XP the first time, it was fast, and no lag at all .. - Please Help :( Anders Rose.

HEY!
