Since I have been using my Logitech V220 the mousepad and buttons don't work any more, regardless of whether the mouse is plugged in.
Is there a way to remedy this without a system rebuild? Running linpus btw and done quite a few bits that I would rather not have to do again, such as Firefox3, Skype, removed games.

    You've tried the obvious Fn+F7?

I laugh, but only because I know it could happen to me.

Glad to be able to offer a little amusement. Odd thing is that I was pressing all sorts of key combinations to try and find
which one I had pressed (assuming it is a toggle) that caused the icons next to the file names in Thunar to be bigger in detail view
than when it is in icon view. So I inadvertently caused a bigger problem.

    Hi.
I am having the same problem with my touchpad. I tried fn+f7 but did not work. I works after I turn the laptop on for 30-40sec. but after that it does not want to work anymore.
    Could anyone help please!
    Thanks
