Hello, can someone help me? I was watching YouTube on my Acer aspire E5-575 series laptop, when then it said low battery. So I plugged the cable in, then 2 mins later it say locking. The description of the screen was a blue screen that said, locking. Then bam, it as gone. I tried charging it, hold the power button. It wouldn’t’ turn on till this day, and as we speak. I would appreciate If someone could help. Thank You
