My Aspire One SSD on XP

I finalized my setup, and it's working very well. More that what I expected on my slow SSD system. It's still 1Gb RAM since I'm still too lazy to open it up for the upgrade. Maybe later this week when I'm not too busy. Installed XP Home SP3 via a USB DVD Writer. Added an extra 8GB Class 6 SDHC for use as programs disk(pointed all temp, documents, program files). Used the usual tweaks.... modified the theme and installed Open Office, Firefox 3, AVIRA etc on the SD. Trimmed the services and starup programs, finally ending in 29 processes on startup. I think I can still disable a few more.... so far so good, I'm happy, very little pauses, as in hardly. So all in all very satisfied. Cloned the setup and now it's ready for real work.
