My Computer does´t displays KPN USB connected

    Hello,

    My notebook unable to read KPN USB but i down load the software by copying it to other laptop and then to my notebook through pen drive. Now i can access internet by simply pluging the USB but KPN USB is not displayed in my computer so i am unable to go to the safe mode to remove the USB.Though it reads every other USBs and pen drives properly.

    Please Suggest

    What is a KPN USB?????

    Or must we just guess your living in Holland and are using a UMTS dongle?

    Hello,

    KPN is an internet service provider in The Netherlands and there is no braodband in my locality so i opted for USB type.I can acess internet on my notebook but i am unable to go to the safe mode to remove the USB as my notebook is not displaying it anywhere.
    Please Suggest
